This page contains the application materials for the GPSA for Health program for 2012.
In order to apply, you'll need to complete an application (including several essays), get two letters of recommendation, official transcripts and pay an application fee.
Admission to all GPSA programs is rolling and competitive. The admissions committee meets regularly and you can expect a prompt response to your application. The earlier you apply the higher the likelihood you will be admitted. Once the program is full, no additional students will be admitted.
